Cowabunga Bay &The Tracy Aviary, Salt Lake City...

July 20 & 21, 2012 - We met Jen, Rod, & Josh in Salt Lake for a weekend get-a-away. We had a great time at a water park called Cowabunga Bay in Sandy, ate at The Pie in West Jordan, and took the kids to the Aviary at Pioneer Park in Downtown Salt Lake City. We all had a wonderful time and got lots of sun.

Hershey Track Meet 2013...

Scotlyn took 2nd place for standing long jump at the city meet on June 7. This let her advance to the state meet on July 6 in Rexburg at the Hershey Track Meet. She jumped 5'6" for her longest jump and finished #8 out of 13 competitors. Her friend Zoe also made it to the finals.

Happy 4th of July, 2013...

We had a great 4th, just like always. Auntie Sarah came down from Elko to spend a few days with us. We got up early Thursday morning and watched the parade, went down to the river during the day, then had friends and neighbors over for a BBQ. We all then drove down near the airport to watch the fireworks, which were just as beautiful as always.
