A Catered Dinner to Remember...

A parent of one of our student's purchased a catered dinner from The Cellar at our Art & Wine night. She graciously gave it to me & Charlotte. We went on 5/25 at 6pm. It would normally be $175 a person if you were to book this on your own. We had a wonderful meal with a great bottle of wine. It started out with gooey duck clams on cucumbers, then shrimp with lemon dill sauce, a basket of bread, and cream of mushroom soup and blue cheese tomato soup served in champagne glasses. Our main meal consisted of pork, a tenderloin steak, salmon patty on succotash, cilantro potatoes, and green beans. For dessert, we had bananas foster made at our table.

Funny Stories...

One picture is of a clay art project that Cooper made for his long time girlfriend, Jaylee. He made it while he was in art class with Ms. Jill. When he came back to class, he put it on her coat hook for her to find. The other picture is of us when we went to the Cinco de Mayo festival. The local news station asked if we wanted to be on the news and we said, "Yes". There were other people around us (whom we knew) that the news people counted as part of our family.

Teton Science School: April 22-26, 2019

The boys and I went to Teton Science School in Kelly, Wyoming. We had a great time and did a lot of fun things. This is an annual event for our classroom that is enjoyed by all.

Two Accomplishments...

We had two accomplishments in our house. Scotlyn made the honor roll for the Spring trimester at school and Matt was accepted to nursing school. He will start August 18 and will be an RN when he all complete.
