Starr turns 40!!!

I turned the big 40 on March 6 of this year. My wonderful sister and mother put together a surprise party for me in Las Vegas with all my friends and family. They did a really great job because I had no clue what they were up too. Two of my co-workers even flew down on the same plane as us from Idaho Falls using an excuse why they had to also take a trip and I totally bought it!! We had such an amazing weekend!! We had dinner at the Sugar Factory and saw Michael Jackson's Cirque De Soleil show. We stayed in a friend's time share and were able to relax by the poolside. It was a wonderful weekend and we were all very tired by the end.

Cooper & Jaylee!!!

Cooper has had a crush on Jaylee Johnson for as long as I can remember! They go way back to preschool!! If I could betrothed him to her, I would. She is the sweetest and cutest little girl.

A weekend in Napa!!

Two high school friends, one weekend away from the kids, lots of good food, plenty of wine, and many laughs equal one wonderful and unforgettable birthday weekend. Erin and I both turn the big 4 0 within three weeks of each other. We decided to celebrate together with a trip to Napa, CA for the weekend. We flew out on Friday, February 17 into Oakland, CA. We stayed at the Marriott Spa right in Napa. We went on foodie tour Saturday, visited the culinary school, ate the most tasty food and tried lots of wine. On Sunday, we had a tour guide drive us around to 4 different wineries. This was such a fun trip that we decided that we'd need to repeat it every year.

We decided to dress as bikers this year. As always, it was a lot fun with a great group of friends.

Miss Georgia turns 1!!

Our little Miss Georgia turned 1 on February 6. We all can't believe that it has been one year already!! We all drove to Elko to celebrate her birthday. Her party theme was "Never Grow Up". We had a great time with lots of great food.

Happy New Year 2017!!

We rang in the New Year with family and friends. We had a small get together, ate lots of yummy food and played many fun board games. We were surrounded by so many special people: Nana & Papa, Auntie Sarah, Jason, and Georgia, Michelle & Russell, Kim & Neil, and all of us.
