Spring Break 2014!!!

For Spring Break this year we had half of our family go to Florida and the other half to S.Utah. Matt had to do some training in Orlando for the week, so, of course I wanted to tag along, but there wasn't room for all of us to go. The boys were going to stay with Nana in Idaho Falls, but she decided to take a road trip to S. Utah to see grandma Wendy and to Las Vegas to visit Hazel, my mom's cousin. They left Saturday and drove to Hurricane where they stayed until heading to Vegas on Monday. They went to Circus Circus, played at parks, went to eat at a buffet, and enjoyed lounging around. Scotlyn and I, on the other hand, left to Orlando on Sunday, March 23. It only took us 6 hours to get there because we had a tail wind, but 9 hours to get home!! We went to Downtown Disney on Monday, Universal City Walk on Tuesday, Sea World on Wednesday, and Cocoa Beach on Thursday. Friday, Scotlyn had gotten a nasty bug and threw up all day long so she didn't leave the hotel room at all. We also got to visit on several occasions with some great friends of ours, Vince & Stephanie. They have such cute little boys! I wish I would have taken more pictures of all of us. We flew home Saturday and Matt and Parker left again on Sunday to play in Miami for the week. Scotlyn's highlights of the trip were eating at the Rainforest Cafe, watching a dolphin show at Sea World, playing in the Atlantic Ocean (she says it's much warmer than the Pacific), eating out, and miniature golfing.
