Iowa 2019!!

We went to Iowa June 26-July 15 this year. While we were in Iowa, we did a lot of things. We drove to Minnesota and took the kids to a Twins game. We rode a train to and from the game, watched fireworks afterwards, and spent the day at the Mall of America. We also celebrated the 4th of July and went to a parade in Scarville, IA. It has become a tradition for the boys to enter the pedal tractor pulls whenever we are there. This year, they were able to enter 2 of them (in Scarville & Joice). Both boys placed 1st and 2nd place. While on vacation, we were able to shoot BB guns, ride tractors, ride the golf cart, play on the farm, went to a couple movies, went to an aquatic center, celebrated "July Jubilee" in Joice, played dress up in Grandma Wendy's old prom dresses, baked a lot of rhubarb dishes, learned to talk on a rotary phone, picked fresh strawberries, visited Wall Drug, toured the Old Rawlings Prison, visit the Little Church, and learned how to make lease.
